I am currently a Project Management Consultant working in the region of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I have an extensive background in process development, in managing software development projects and in team building and managing.

I am a dynamic manager of projects, resources, people and information. I approach and implement assignments enthusiastically, with the goal of meeting deadlines and budgets while identifying processes that need improvement and implementing those improvements. I successfully encourage collaboration between teams and within teams to ensure a common understanding of scope.

As an Engineer with an EMBA I bring a balanced approach to projects; I understand both the technical and business impacts of decisions. I focus on the root cause of problems to formulate and execute strategies.
